In each school that we work with, YESS hires one mentor leader who is essentially the face of the mentor group in the school
- The mentor leader assists the Program Specialist and is held accountable for many aspects of the program
- The youth leader is given a stipend and is selected by the school's YESS Program Specialist
- We look for sociable, charismatic, and responsible students who can commit to a full school year of leadership
