· In each school that we work with, YESS hires one mentor leader who is essentially the face of the mentor group in the school.
· The mentor leader assists the program specialist and is held accountable for many aspects of the program.
· The youth leader is given a stipend and is selected by the school’s YESS Program Specialist.
· We look for sociable, charismatic, and responsible students who can commit to a full school year of leadership.
